Sexual politics takes a right-hook to the chin in this clever and entertaining social comedy from Cuban-American actor-writer-director Julien Hernandez. Having split from his longtime, commitment-phobic girlfriend, aspiring filmmaker Sebastian (Hernandez) heads to L.A. to break into the business. Landing a job directing a documentary on gay relationships, Sebastian turns to his soap opera star friend Daria (Marisa Petroro) to guide him through the unfamiliar terrain of West Hollywood. There he meets a wild assortment of characters who not only offer insight for his movie, but guidance as well for a heterosexual man struggling with his own sexual identity.
